In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the vt789 website accessible at https://vt789.bet and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and digital services operated under the vt789 brand.
• "We," "Us," "Our," or "vt789" refers to the operator of the Platform, an internationally incorporated entity that holds the applicable gaming licence governing the Platform's operations.

• "Account" means the personal user account opened by a Member upon successful registration on the Platform.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by vt789 prior to withdrawal processing.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Business Day" means Monday through Friday, excluding Indonesian national public holidays as observed in Jakarta (WIB, UTC+7).

Access to and use of the vt789 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate applicable local laws.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of vt789 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously had an Account closed by vt789 for fraudulent or abusive conduct.

vt789 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by vt789 may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

To access the full range of services on the vt789 Platform, you must register for an Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

• One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under your own identity or that of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vt789 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Accurate Information: You must register using your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
• Account Security: You must notify vt789 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. vt789 may suspend your Account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.
• Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, pledged, or otherwise assigned to any other individual or entity.

All financial transactions on the vt789 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). vt789 does not accept or dispense foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically without prior notice.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded (less any applicable transfer fees) upon detection.
• vt789 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which vt789 accepts no liability.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment network. Processing delays caused by the banking system are outside vt789's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification (see Clause 8).
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 3–10 minutes for bank transfers and 1–5 minutes for e-wallet channels under normal operating conditions. These timeframes are targets and may be exceeded during periods of high demand or banking system maintenance.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account held in your own name and matching the name on your registered vt789 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• vt789 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk thresholds, regardless of whether KYC has previously been completed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed on the withdrawal page and are subject to change.
• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the cash portion of your Balance is eligible for withdrawal at any time.

vt789 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, deposit match promotions, and seasonal promotional events to eligible Members. The following general terms apply to all such offers unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total value of wagers that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from your Balance without notice.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagers on certain games (including, but not limited to, certain live table games and lottery markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any time unless vt789 explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: vt789 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
• Eligibility: vt789 reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

All bets and wagers placed on the vt789 Platform are subject to the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant sections of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only valid once vt789's system has confirmed acceptance and a reference number has been issued. vt789 reserves the right to refuse any wager, in whole or in part, at its discretion.
• Odds and Results: Odds are subject to change without notice until a bet is confirmed. vt789 strives to publish accurate odds but reserves the right to correct manifest errors (see below).
• Manifest Errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were published due to a manifest error (including but not limited to a pricing system fault, human input error, or data feed failure), vt789 reserves the right to void the wager and refund the stake to your Balance. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Insufficient Funds: Wagers will only be processed if your Account Balance contains sufficient cleared funds. vt789 does not extend credit.
• Lottery Markets: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by the official draw of the relevant market. vt789 publishes results as provided by authoritative third-party data sources and accepts no liability for data delays or errors originating with those providers.
• Live Betting: Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to system availability. vt789 does not guarantee continuous availability of live betting markets and is not liable for connectivity issues that prevent a Member from placing or cancelling a live bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vt789 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way that is not a direct result of real-time human decision-making.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers or guaranteed-profit opportunities at the expense of vt789.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game glitches, or system errors for financial gain.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or event offered on the Platform.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity (including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft) on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with vt789.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology for the purpose of bypassing geographic or eligibility restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vt789 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

vt789 is committed to maintaining a secure, fraud-free platform and complying with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. As part of this commitment, vt789 requires all Members to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal request.

Documents Typically Required:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment account used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your mobile banking app or e-wallet home screen clearly showing your name and account number).
• Additional documents, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, may be requested at vt789's discretion for accounts that trigger enhanced due-diligence thresholds.

• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that arise from third-party data feed failures, provided that vt789 acts promptly to correct such errors upon detection.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, vt789's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the vt789 Platform — including but not limited to the vt789 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of vt789 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without vt789's prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the vt789 name, logo, or any other brand asset in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without vt789's express written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to vt789 regarding the Platform may be used by vt789 freely and without compensation or attribution to you.

vt789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Chargebacks initiated by a Member against a deposit transaction.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at vt789 staff or other Members.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, vt789 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, any remaining Balance may be forfeited in full. Where an Account is closed at vt789's discretion in the absence of a breach, the cash Balance (excluding any uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting vt789 support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed, and your personal data will be retained in accordance with vt789's Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vt789 holds its international gaming licence. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits vt789's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

When material changes are made, vt789 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify active Members via the email address associated with their Account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact vt789 support to request Account closure.
